Join us for an informal script-in-hand performance of this new audio play by award-winning writer SJ Bradley. On the last Waymaking point before the Afterlife, Waymaking Apprentice Violet and her boss Harriet must battle foul weather and bad tempers to bring a mysterious vessel safely in from the waves. Plus a set from fabulous singer songwriter Charlotte Lynch, aka Marnie Glum.

Writing On Air is back! Writing On Air is a literature festival on the radio. Now in its 8th year, all programmes are conceived and created by upwards of 200 writers, readers, and performers from across Leeds and West Yorkshire, supported by the Chapel FM team.

Writing on Air is a festival of words on the radio broadcast on East Leeds FM. The theme this year is Vision and features a host of programmes including radio dramas, readings, live music, all created by local writers.
