Venue Hire: Rental Spaces for Events

The recently renovated Chapel FM Arts Centre has many options of unique spaces that can be rented for events such as:

Arts, health, wellbeing, sports or other workshops.

Rehearsals for music, theatre, dance or other groups.

Meetings, panels, small conferences.

Parties and celebrations.

And many other types of events.

Our newly expanded venue has a professional kitchen, a community cafe, a large multi-purpose hall, our delightful theatre with original wooden pews and pipe organ from the 19h century Methodist Chapel and many other unique spaces.

Rates

We have two core rates we offer our Community Connection Rate and our Regular Rate

Our Community Connection Rate is the rate we offer to community groups, organizations and people who wish to connect with the community and are willing to collaborate and offer something to the community in exchange for use of our facilities or/and our house technician.

Our Regular Rate is the rate we offer just for general use for those who just wish to hire the building or/and our house technician regardless of community connection.

These are our base rates for room rentals and technician hire

Community Connection Rate £30 per hour (exc VAT)

For use of one of the following:

Chapel FM Multi-purpose Hall.

Chapel FM Radio Theatre.

Chapel FM Cafe.

Studio 1 or Studio 2.

Regular Rate £55 per hour (exc VAT)

For use of one of the following:

Chapel FM Multi-purpose Hall.

Chapel FM Radio Theatre.

Chapel FM Cafe.

Studio 1 or Studio 2.

Small meeting room £15 per hour (exc VAT)

The Whole Building

We offer the ability to hire the whole building for a full day, please enquire using the form below if you require that.

Community Connection Rate Technician £15 per hour (exc VAT) 

Regular Rate Technician £25 per hour (exc VAT)

A free consultation from our in-house technician is offered, if required for the booking.

As a Community Arts Center we offer many unique possibilities for renters including the ability for our team/technicians to create live video streams, record events using audio and/or video, use of radio studios to produce podcasts and other audio, use of our professional kitchen, ticket management systems and digital marketing.
