An adventurous tale from Speedwell Dance of an ancient and powerful witch, seasons gone awry and the determination of children to put things right. Join musicians and dancers to awaken scampering creatures, tiptoe past the Mountain Witch’s cave and finally convince her to let the sun return.

A playful and inclusive experience for children aged 3-8 years and their grown-ups. With inspiring dance, songs and original music played live on clarinet and cello.

The performance of The Mountain Witch on Sat 11th May is being photographed and filmed. By attending this performance I consent to my and my child/children’s images being used in future publicity by Speedwell Dance and Chapel FM including in print, websites and social media.If you do not wish yourself or your child to be photographed or filmed please speak to a member of staff on the day who can show you where to sit. Your child will need stay in this area and not enter the central space during the interactive parts of the performance.
