This is the third time the Cameron Collective are organising a night at Chapel FM dedicated to the humble uke. Despite the title there is nothing vague about this line-up; it is ukulele to the max!
Stuart Cameron and Ron Chin
Two ukulele enthusiasts demonstrating their love of the ukulele, playing a variety of covers, some obvious and some you might never have imagined in your wildest uke dreams that they could work so well on the tiny instrument from Hawaii.
The Adjustable Spanners
The Spanners are made up of members of Chapel FM favourites, The Fast Rattlers plus friends—that's 4 on uke and singing plus uke-bass. Expect a unique mixture of high energy 1950s rock'n'roll, a hint of skiffle and even a thoroughly modern adventure or two into the 1960s.
After leaving us with a cliffhanger ending on Vaguely Ukulele 2, Ullalele return with the thrilling conclusion of their epic rendition of Jeff Wayne’s War Of the Worlds armed only with ukuleles and the human voice.
Ullalele is a progressive ukulele rock quartet, and purveyors of fine Steamplunk since the last years of the nineteenth century. They take scientific romances and re-imagine them as ukulele operas. Based in Otley and Menston, West Yorkshire Ullalele is: John Bramall on baritone uke and bass uke, Tom Winder on tenor uke, Debra Kerr on concert uke and Dean Bagnall on tenor uke. You can follow future adventures through their Facebook page
Come along and enjoy. And feel free to bring along your own ukulele!

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking is very limited at the Centre but there are plenty of on-street options and good public transport links—http://www.chapelfm.co.uk/contact/
And how much does it cost?
We try to keep all our events at Chapel FM as cheap and accessible as possible. This is a Pay-what-you-can gig.
