We are very happy to welcome Theatre Company Blah Blah Blah to Chapel FM with their latest show, The Vulture’s Song—a new play from award-winning children’s playwright Mike Kenny.
The Vultures’ Song draws on the events surrounding the Partition of India in 1947. It’s a story of loss, survival and reconciliation, highlighting children’s coping mechanisms in response to challenging or traumatic experiences.
This play, marking the 70th anniversary of Partition, has been specially commissioned to help schools address the SMSC agenda and the new production is combined with exciting digital resources, using C & T Theatre’s Prospero technology to create online interactive dramas, designed to provide a comprehensive follow-up classroom resource for teachers.
There will be two performances of the play; at 1.15pm and 3.30pm. It is suitable for 9-14 year olds and if you are interested in bringing a class or group of children, please contact us via the form below…
The cost will be about £3 per child...
