Overview
The Rhythm Is You is a participatory rhythm experience that invites people to discover music in their bodies, their environment, and the everyday objects around them. The session is rooted in the idea that rhythm is not something external, it is something we already carry in our breath, our movement, our stories, and our cultural memory. This event aligns with Chapel FM’s commitment to community‑led creativity, accessibility, and shared artistic experiences.
Concept
Participants will explore rhythm using:
- their bodies
- their voices
- everyday objects (keys, cups, bags, tables, bottles, paper, etc.)
- the room itself
The session is lightly structured to create safety and flow, but intentionally open enough to allow genuine participation, improvisation, and collective discovery.
