Next Generation: Foundation

We explore all aspects of radio broadcasting, podcasting, music-making, creative writing and operating technical equipment. We’ll teach skills on editing, recording, hosting and planning which feeds into our special radio show ‘Red Kite’. Participants get to interview unique people in media, arts, sport and science.

Our staff team of broadcasters, technicians, writers and musicians will work with the group to learn about broadcasting and structuring radio show. This can include hosting, interviewing, teching and making new music, creating poetry and theatre, talking about film and learning how to produce a radio show and podcasts.

Whether you want to try something new, focus on a specific area or meet new people and be part of the Chapel FM team, this group is for you! It’s a chance to be creative and shout about the things you love.
