Summer Training for Young People in East Leeds 2019

Chapel FM is running a series of training courses for young people from East Leeds this summer. It’s a great opportunity to get involved at Chapel FM. So have a look through the list below and get in touch if you would like to book a place.

The courses are free to residents from East Leeds (see postcodes below)

For young people outside of East Leeds each course will cost £50.

• Music Course
• Monday 29th Jul – Sat 3rd August / 11am-4pm
• This 6 day course is an exciting music opportunity for local young musicians. Chapel FM provides a creative space to learn new musical skills and to develop existing ones, an opportunity to play with other musicians and to learn how to improvise.
• Experience music from around the world and learn from some inspiring and talented music leaders in an informal, relaxed atmosphere. 

• Broadcast Course
• Monday 5th August – Friday 9th August / 11am-4:30pm
• Find Your Voice…join our Summer Broadcast course!
• Ever wanted to make your own radio show? Host your own podcast? Record some audio for your You Tube channel? Come to Chapel FM this Summer and learn brand new skills in our radio studios, record interviews and features about the issues you care about and take part in our live Summer Broadcast.

• Places are FREE for residents of East Leeds (LS9, L14 and LS15) and £50 for others, but they are limited so make sure you register your interest now using the form below.
• Bring your own lunch / drinks provided
