Additionally we will be putting on a partial performance at Leeds playhouse on April 28th.
Multinational company SEA.CORP have arrived in East Leeds, with the intention of making everything sleek, shiny and productive. But their bold vision for Seacroft involves getting rid of all the pointless distractions like art, sports and community
When a group of local young people discover the plans, they decide to spread the word and fight back - by sharing the stories that matter to people. The stories of connection, community. The stories of our home from homes.
Featuring live music before each show from local bands, this show is for all ages though we recommend 8+. This show, featuring a cast of community actors, is inspired by Chapel FM Arts Centre’s Home From Home project gathering the stories about spaces and places that matter to us. It is devised and written by the cast, with support from Chapel FM Arts Centre staff. Directed by Natalie Quatermass.
